AGE 16 / THE BEGINNING
From curiosity to a kitchen business.
My journey began during the COVID lockdowns. I spent my days training, studying health, cooking, and experimenting with different dietary approaches. Curiosity about nutrition became a deep commitment to understanding how the human body works.
That passion led me to launch a plant-based meal-prep business from my family's kitchen. It grew into healthy meals, pastries, and desserts for customers, cafés, gyms, and wellness businesses throughout Western Massachusetts. By 17, I was learning entrepreneurship, marketing, leadership, customer service, and the discipline of building something that served real people.
EXPLORING HEALTH PHILOSOPHIES
No single approach tells the whole story.
I immersed myself in veganism, herbalism, fasting, detoxification, plant-based nutrition, and the teachings of Dr. Sebi and the alkaline movement. These were chapters of exploration, not the final answer.
They taught me to appreciate different perspectives while questioning one-size-fits-all thinking. Every philosophy can offer insights, but no single philosophy contains the complete picture. That realization led me toward a more integrated approach.
A DEFINING EXPERIENCE
When a passion became a purpose.
Supporting a family member through serious health challenges was one of the most meaningful experiences of my journey. Helping her with nutrition and lifestyle habits, and seeing improvements in her quality of life, showed me how personal this work really is.
It strengthened my desire to dedicate my life to educating and supporting others. This wasn't just an interest anymore. It was a purpose.
AGE 18 / MIAMI
A bigger view of human performance.
A trip to Miami introduced me to fitness professionals, mobility coaches, breathwork practitioners, movement specialists, and wellness entrepreneurs. I found a community invested in health, performance, self-development, and conscious living.
My perspective expanded beyond nutrition into posture, mobility, breathwork, recovery, nervous system regulation, and human performance. It helped shape the broader vision I carry today.
FUNCTIONAL NUTRITION & LEADERSHIP
Learning to see the connections.
Completing my Functional Nutrition Counselor training through the Functional Nutrition Alliance changed how I understood the body. I studied digestive, hormonal, nervous system, and immune function, detoxification pathways, lifestyle medicine, and how these systems interact.
Working in a wellness clinic also challenged me to grow as a person. Communication, leadership, confidence, professionalism, and serving clients became lessons in their own right. Some of my most important growth came from stepping outside my comfort zone and learning to use my voice.
AGE 21 / SOUTHEAST ASIA
Stepping into the unknown.
I moved to Southeast Asia seeking growth, freedom, adventure, and the opportunity to fully invest in myself. Living abroad gave me space to keep studying health, build my coaching business, and develop The Integrated Human Podcast.
Thai massage training, anatomy observation with real human bodies at Chiang Mai University, and continued education in holistic lifestyle coaching and program design have deepened that journey. Growth happens when you're willing to step into the unknown.
THE INTEGRATED HUMAN / TODAY
Bringing the foundations together.
Sleep, nutrition, hydration, movement, stress, relationships, purpose, and environment are connected. Today, I bring those foundations into personalized fitness and nutrition coaching, combining training, practical education, and data-informed progress tracking.
My mission is to help people reconnect with their bodies, unlock their potential, and develop sustainable habits that support both their physique goals and long-term health. The goal isn't perfection. It's integration.
